Sean brings over 11 years of experience in the freight industry. In 2020, amidst a global pandemic, he decided to bet on himself and create KLS. Sean had a vision to form true partnerships with his clients and deliver a new way to handle freight. His motto has become the company war cry, "Handle every shipment as if it were our own." Sean's passion, commitment, and ability to constantly deliver results gives KLS an authentic seclusion from a typical freight brokerage. Aside from running KLS, Sean also created and is the curator for the company's campaign, "Together Talks". Sean was interviewed by a panel of former collaborators as a special edition of the 100th feature. Mikella joined her brother when KLS incorporated in April 28th, 2020. Coming off of only two months of previous logistical experience, she faced the challenge head on. Years later she has transformed into the most important piece of KLS. In addition to training previous employees, Mikella is constantly tasked with delivering the not so favorable news to clients. Despite her tough position, she handles it with grace, authenticity, and a sense of pride to find a resolution for any inconvenience a client might endure. Her growth has been incredible and she continues to be the cog that keeps this machine rolling. Mikella is engaged to her Fiancé, Nathan. Together they have their two labs, Paisley and Layne.
